Unfortunately, due to staff sickness and absence we are having to make the difficult decision to move to online learning for our Year 8 and 9 students tomorrow (20th December) and Wednesday (21st December).
We will ensure that learning activities are uploaded to the Google Classroom for students to complete. A guide to how to get on to the Google Classroom can be found

We have a provision for any vulnerable students to stay in school and would ask that you complete the google form
here to let us know if they will be in to access it.
For those students who receive Free School Meals, please complete the google form
here to see how best we can support you.
In addition, following the awful news shared with the academy staff and students today we will be able to still provide a space should any student wish to come in for some support. This provides a space to reflect and talk should that be helpful. Please just contact reception at 01623 455925 to arrange.
Please rest assured, a decision to move to online learning is always a last resort but due to significant staff absence levels we are not able to operate at full capacity at this time.
