Inktober 2024

It’s that time of the year again artists!  Inktober 2024 is upon us!

If you’ve not heard of Inktober before it’s a global Art event where you create a drawing every day for the whole of October through using a set of prompts, a word to draw for each day in October, please see list below. For example, you might have the word road and you might decide to draw a road with traffic on it, a dusty road with no cars, people walking on a road…you can choose to interpret the prompt however you want, there is no wrong answer! The only ‘rule’ is that you have to draw in ink - any ink you like and any colour. You could draw in pencil first and go over the drawing in pen. 

Inktober is open to all students and staff. There will also be a limited amount sketchbooks available if any students need one, but you don’t have to use a sketchbook, you can be as inventive as you like! 

At the end of October, hand your drawings in to Mrs Wilkins for an arty prize!
