Please find attached a letter and information leaflet from the School Aged Immunisation Team regarding forthcoming Flu vaccinations on 14.12.2022.  Please follow the steps in the letter if you wish to consent to your child having the vaccination.

Please note that there is a deadline of 13.12.2022 to provide consent.
